In this episode of The McKinsey Podcast, McKinsey partner Kersten Heineke speaks with global editorial director Lucia Rahilly about micromobility: who's using it, why it's becoming more popular, and how cities can adapt to a future of tiny transportation.
Following their conversation, we hear from NYU associate professor of psychology Tessa West about toxic coworkers. In her book, Jerks at Work: Toxic Coworkers and What to Do About Them (Portfolio, January 2022), featured in a recent edition of our Author Talks series, West describes how to handle jerks at work–and how not to become one yourself.

Customer Reviews
McKinsey podcasts
Content is professional. I believe that McKinsey is adding to the already pervasive bias that men with British accent are infinitely more capable than without. For a company I look to to help dispel myths this feels like fuel to the fire.
Opioid crisis?
I wonder if they'll do an episode about their involvement in and contributions to the opioid crisis.
True expertise
When I listen to this show I know I'm hearing from the very best business management experts who work closely with the most vital companies around the globe. The podcast production value is super pro sounding too. I like that the show has multiple segments including one that has a soft-skill vibe.
